How do I start a subscription?
Set up your first order in just a few clicks.

Step 1:
Select your product and click “Add to Subscription” under Purchase Options.
Tip: You’ll get an automatic discount of up to 25%!
Step 2:
Choose your preferred delivery frequency (e.g., Monthly Subscription, Weekly or Bi-Weekly), then click Add to Cart.

Step 3:
At checkout, confirm the subscription item is shown under your order summary.
Step 4:
Complete your purchase by clicking Pay Now. That’s it — you’re subscribed!

How can I manage my subscription?
Manage, skip, pause, or swap — all in one place.

Step 1:
On our website, click on “Manage Subscriptions” in the top navigation bar.
Step 2:
Enter your email address and click “Email Magic Link.”

Step 3:
Check your inbox and click the link in the email to access your subscription dashboard.

Step 4:
Once inside, you can easily pause, edit, or cancel your subscription anytime.

How do I pick the frequency of delivery?
Choose how often your chicken arrives — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

Step 1:
Go to Manage Subscription dashboard and look for Edit Frequency under your subscription details.

Step 2:
Click it, then select your preferred delivery interval — Monthly, Weekly or Bi-weekly.

Step 3:
Hit Update to confirm. That’s it — your new frequency is set!

How do I get 35% off?
No codes. No fuss. Just rewards for staying on.

Step 1:
Go to the Manage Subscription dashboard and look for your current subscription item.
Step 2:
In the price breakdown, you’ll see: “After 3rd cycle… (35% off)” — just stay subscribed for 3 consecutive billing cycles to unlock the discount automatically.

Can I pause my subscription?
Need a break? Hit pause — we’ll be right here when you’re ready.

Step 1:
Go to the Manage Subscription dashboard and scroll down to view your current subscription.

Step 2:
Click the Pause Subscription button at the bottom right of your subscription panel.

Step 2:
A pop-up will appear — click Confirm to pause your subscription.

How do I add more products to my subscription?
Craving more? Add extra items before your next delivery.

Step 1:
Go to Manage Subscription dashboard and click on Add Product.

Step 2:
Browse or search for the item you'd like to include.

Step 3:
Adjust the quantity to your preference.
Step 4:
Click Add Product to confirm and include it in your next delivery.
