How do I cancel my subscription?
Changed your mind? Cancel in under a minute.

Step 1:
Go to the Manage Subscription dashboard and scroll down to view your current subscription.

Step 2:
Click Cancel Subscription at the bottom right of the panel.

Step 3:
In the pop-up, click Cancel Subscription again to confirm.
⚠️ Once cancelled, your plan will stop renewing — but you’re always welcome to re-subscribe anytime.

How do I swap products in my subscription?
New Flavour, Same Convenience.

Step 1:
Go to the Manage Subscription dashboard, find the product you want to update, and click Swap Product.

Step 2:
Choose your new item and click Confirm Swap — your next order will reflect the updated product.

How do I skip a shipping cycle?
Take a Break — Without Cancelling.

Step 1:
Go to Manage Subscription dashboard and click on Skip Order below your upcoming delivery date.

Step 2:
A pop-up will appear — click Skip Order again to confirm.
🗓️ Your next billing date will automatically shift to the following cycle!

How do I reschedule my next order?
Plans Changed? Reschedule Anytime.

Step 1:
Go to Manage Subscription dashboard and click Reschedule beside your next delivery date.

Step 2:
Select your new preferred date from the calendar and click Update.
📦 Your delivery will be shifted to the new date — no need to cancel or skip!
