Our chicken is vacuum-sealed, sous vide, and blast-frozen to maintain freshness.

2. How does delivery work?

All orders are on a pre-order basis. Our chicken is made fresh to order so you can indicate your preferred delivery date and time on the cart page just before you check out.

3. What is blast-freezing?

Blast-freezing is a rapid freezing process that helps preserve the freshness and quality of our chicken by quickly lowering its temperature.

4. How do I heat the chicken? (How to prepare)

5. Can I store your food in the chiller?

Yes, you can store our chicken in the chiller for up to 4 days.

Yes, shipping fees apply to all orders. Orders above $60, however, qualify for free delivery.

8. Can I cancel my order?

9. I got the wrong order. What should I do?

If you received an incorrect order or items are missing or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team at cs@68degreechicken.com within 24 hours for assistance.

10. What is sous vide? - Sous vide is a cooking method that involves placing food in a vacuum-sealed bag and cooking it in a water bath at a precisely controlled temperature.

11. What is the shelf life of sous vide chicken? - The shelf life of our sous vide chicken is 1 year in the freezer.

12. Can the sous vide chicken be customized with specific flavors or seasonings? - We offer 3 classic flavors. You can find them here.

13. Why is your chicken packed in 250g per pack? - The 250g packaging is designed to ensure you get enough protein in a day while maintaining low calories, helping you meet your daily protein requirements.

14. Is the sous vide chicken pre-cooked, or does it require additional cooking before consumption? - Yes, it has already been sous vide and prepared. However, we highly recommend heating it up before consumption.

15. Can the sous vide chicken be portioned into smaller sizes? - Each pack contains 250g. If you prefer smaller portions, we provide a resealable bag for your convenience. Ideally, consume one pack a day.

16. Is the chicken suitable for children? - Our chicken is suitable for all ages, and it is recommended for young children to consume high-protein diets to stimulate both muscle and brain development.

17. Does it contain soy and wheat? - Yes, our chicken may contain soy & wheat

18. Disclaimer: 250g is our chicken's raw weight. The final weight of our chicken may be slightly lower due to water loss. Even so, we do our best to pack slightly above 250g for each pack to account for this!
